What's with the watts?

Hi all,
We have been talking so much about watts training- I wanted to congratulate Becky on reaching 500 watts Tuesday during m3 & legs...What is so amazing to me is that Becky was doing 200 watts 3 weeks ago-300 watts 2 weeks ago-400 watts last week and now....500. Michelle B got over 400 last night in SNEAKERS!!
So-the beauty of watts training is its measurable and increases as you work through it. It's encouraging b/c your legs respond quickly with the demands of the gear. All of you are seeing these increases! So for all our new"bees" out there-don't worry-it's not the elusive 300-give it a couple weeks and you will own it!

  1. Thanks Bryer! I think I thank you daily for opening Bee Hive Fitness. Most of the stuff I could say would sound corney. The bottom line is it has changed my TOTAL approach to my personal fitness! In a little over a month I can't believe the over all changes in my fitness level. I'm continuing to "sample" what you have to offer - TRX, M3(LOVE IT/HATE IT!), Yoga, Pilates, Fushion, 300, The Brick, Boxing, Kick Boxing......THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

  2. Thank you Bryer! I think I thank you DAILY for opening Bee Hive Fitness! It has changed my entire approach to my personal fitness. I can't believe how my fitness level has improved in a little over a month.
